How e-filing works
1. Register or sign in to your LegalConnect account.
2. Select the court, case and filing type, then upload the required documents.
3. Review filing details, fees and service options before submitting.
4. Monitor your portal for the court response and completed documents.
The court reviews your submission and may accept or reject it. Review any returned notice and correction instructions promptly. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance or resolve a filing deadline.
For concierge service, provide your case details, separate document files, filing instructions and deadline through the secure portal. We confirm scope and rush availability before proceeding. Court and EFM fees are additional to our service fee.
