We will open the levy with the sheriff, serve the documents, mail to the debtor, complete an affidavit, and file it with the sheriff. You will receive a signed and filed copy of the proof of service via email. Please let us know if you would like the original affidavit and we can mail it to you. Note: We maintain a digital copy for our records of all the documents and the filed affidavit for future reference.
